I paid but Premium features aren't unlocked

Premium activates immediately after a successful payment. If it looks like it didn't, work through this list:

1. Sign out and back in. Your Premium status is attached to your login session — a fresh sign-in reloads it. This fixes most cases.
2. Check you're in the right account. Paid with email A but signed in as email B? Sign in with the email on the Stripe receipt.
3. Try a different browser or an incognito window. A stale cache can show yesterday's Free UI.
4. Wait a minute and refresh. Stripe confirms payments instantly, but bank processing can delay the webhook by a few minutes on rare occasions.

Still Free after all of that?

Email hello@magictrip.my with:

• The email on your account
• The transaction ID from your Stripe receipt
• A screenshot of the lock message

We'll fix the activation manually — usually within one business day, and we can issue a refund if anything went wrong on our side.
