How do I keep my account secure?

Your account holds your trips and payment records — a few habits keep it locked down:

1. Use a unique, strong password. Don't reuse a password from another site. A password manager makes this painless.
2. Prefer Google sign-in. If you already secure your Google account with 2-step verification, signing in with Google inherits that protection — the strongest option we offer.

1. Never share your login. No MagicTrip team member will ever ask for your password in chat or email — anyone who does is an impostor.
2. Watch for phishing. Our emails come from hello@magictrip.my and our site is www.magictrip.my. Check the address before clicking login links.
3. Protect your inbox. Password reset links go to your email — so your email account is the master key. Keep it secured too.
