Does the site store my Biubiu conversations?
Short answer: yes, chats are recorded — and we're upfront about it. The chat window itself displays: *"Chats are recorded to improve the service and are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy."*
Why we record them:
- To improve Biubiu's answers and the knowledge base
- To spot broken features (a wrong answer is a bug report)
- To keep your chat history working across sessions and devices
Who can see them:
- Not the public. Your conversations are never published or shared.
- Our team may review anonymized or specific conversations for quality and troubleshooting — the same way support logs work.
- No advertising profiling. We don't sell or use your chats for ad targeting.
Your controls:
- Start new conversations and remove old ones from the history panel (see How do I start a new conversation or view history).
- Delete your account and its chat history goes with it.

Warning: Like with any AI chat, avoid sharing sensitive personal data (passwords, card numbers, passport details) with Biubiu. We never ask for them.
